SHIPPING POLICY
Items are processed and shipped out in within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). This excludes Pre-Order items. Georgia residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Shipping is FREE on ALL U.S. orders of $100 or more.
Tracking Information
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment it takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. Lost or Stolen Package Desirable Chic Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered to the shipping address that you, the customer enters at checkout. Please double check that you input the correct shipping information. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Undelivered Package
If your package is returned back to us as undelivered we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery.
