We use USPS Priority shipping. Shipping is FREE on ALL U.S. orders if your order is over $100. Items are processed and ship out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received it take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Georgia residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Domestic orders above $150 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes.
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
We offer USPS International Shipping. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated).Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.
Please note: Desirable Chic Boutique is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Desirable Chic Boutique and cannot be refunded or resent.
Desirable Chic Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
If your package is returned back to us as deliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the total days we allow for a return we cannot issue credit or in any case cancel the order. We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
