DUE TO COVID-19: AS OF 3/17 THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

 ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be given: Only Store credits will be issued.

ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES (BODYSUITS, SWIMSUITS), GIFT CARDS,SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS, INCLUDING ORDERS USING A DISCOUNT CODE ON A SALE DAY, ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS.

 

RETURNS 
Our policy lasts 10 days.This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt. If 10 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately you will not be able to return your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns are at the customer’s own expense. On your parcel please state ‘Return of Goods’ on the customs declaration form, which is provided by the local post office or the courier you choose to return your items with. Failure to do this will result in you being liable for the customs costs.

 

REQUEST A RETURN
Before starting a return, please make sure your return falls within the allowable days to ensure it does not get rejected. Any returned package that arrives back after the 10th day will be sent back at customer's expense regardless of approval.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Desirable Chic Boutique does not provide return shipping labels. 

 

STORE CREDIT  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. 

If you are approved, we will send you a code to use towards your future purchase. you have 1 year to use your store credit.


SALES ITEMS 
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are FINAL.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
